Below is an appeal form that is to be used when filing a formal appeal. Students may file an appeal in regards to elections board decisions, constitutionality of legislation, and in relation to other concerns of the Student Government Association. Those filing an appeal must list themselves as the complainant and properly list the defendant, and titles/positions as appropriate. Then they must state the relevant background information of their appeal, why they are appealing, and what the desired outcome of their appeal is.
The appeal must be double spaced in size 12 Times New Roman font and the proper heading to be considered by the judicial board.
