The SGA Homecoming Board is responsible for the management and oversight of specific UA Homecoming Activities sponsored by the Student Government Association, annually. Applicants should have strong organizational skills, teamwork abilities, and fresh ideas to make UA Homecoming a meaningful experience for both current, future, and past students alike! Past activities and areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, the following: Communications, Halftime & Reception, Development, Operations & Logistics Support, Community Service, Athletic Events, Special Events, Choreography & Dance Programs, Campus Outreach, Athletic Events, Marketing and PR, Lawn Decorations, Rules and Ethics, Finance, Step Show (NPHC Events), and Athletic Events.
For consideration, candidates will need to complete the online application, which is found under the position descriptions below. No previous experience is required. Executive Director & Associate Director positions require an interview. Candidates for Executive Director positions are strongly encouraged to have prior homecoming experience.
One student will be selected to oversee the overall Homecoming Experience and manage the associate directors. Prior homecoming experience preferred.
Application Deadline & Process: Online Application (Due by Feb. 4, 2019); Interviews will be held Feb. 5th.
20-25 students will be selected to oversee specific areas of the homecoming experience. Areas of interest include but may not be limited to the areas listed above. No prior experience required.

100+ students will be selected to serve under an Associate Director on a specific event/program committee; No prior experience required.
