Chief Advisor to the President
Caitlyn McTier is a News Media major with a minor in Civic Engagement and Leadership from Sylacauga, Alabama. She has served the Student Government Association as a member of First Year Council, the Deputy Director of Multicultural Affairs, and now the Chief Advisor. Caitlyn is extremely dedicated to ending food insecurity on campus by starting the organization Project Fierce and working as a director for Beat Auburn Beat Hunger. More of her extracurriculars include Capstone Men and Women, the Blackburn Institute, various honor societies, and her sorority Chi Omega.
Chief Administrative Officer
Meredith Coleman is a senior from San Diego, CA studying Advertising with minors in Art History and American Studies. Currently, she is serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Student Government Association at The University of Alabama. In addition to this role, Meredith has previously held offices as Director of Communications, Director of Veterans Affairs, and on the 2016-2017 cohort of First Year Council. Beyond SGA, she serves The University of Alabama Dance Marathon as the Director of Merchandise. Meredith is thrilled to bring her experience in leadership to the Adams Administration and further serve students at the Capstone.
Chief Implementation Officer
Andrew Conquest is a senior at The Capstone pursuing a degree in Economics and Finance with honors. Conquest is also in the AMP program and is looking to graduate with a Masters in Finance. Andrew comes from Iowa City, Iowa and is excited to focus on implementing the initiatives of the executive council and cabinet.
Emma is a senior from Glenview, Illinois double majoring in Economics and Finance and minoring in Spanish. She has served in First Year Council, as a Culverhouse Senator, and last year as the Associate VP for External Affairs. In addition to serving as the president of Business Honors Program and the secretary of Gamma Phi Beta, you can find her cheering on the Chicago Cubs. As treasurer, she is looking forward to working with the rest of the Executive Cabinet to serve the students of the Capstone this year!
Director of Communications
Isabella is currently a senior here at the Capstone. She is majoring in Public Relations with a double minor in Economics and World Business. She is from Northern New Jersey about 30 minutes outside of New York City. She is currently serving as the Director of Communications. This is her fourth and final year serving SGA and her peers. SGA has been an integral part of her experience here. She is also member of Phi Mu Fraternity.
Director of Engagement
Riley Kate Lancaster is a senior from Tuscaloosa, Alabama majoring in public relations and political science. Riley Kate, the current Director of Engagement, has served on the SGA since her freshman year here at UA. She has served as a First Year Councilor and the Director of Philanthropy. She also served the student body as Miss University of Alabama 2018. Riley Kate is involved with many areas throughout campus, yet her priority is assisting the student body with her roles with the SGA. Upon graduation, Riley Kate plans to attend law school.
Director of Programming
Joshua Britt is a junior at the Capstone double majoring in Economics and Public Relations from Edmond Oklahoma. Having served previously as First Year Councilor and Press Secretary, he looks forward to serving students to the fullest of his capacity. In addition to serving as the Director of Programming and Advancement, he also serves as the Vice President of Communications for University of Alabama Dance Marathon, as well as the Assistant Director of Account Management for Capstone Agency, the top student-run communications firm in the nation.
Director of Environmental Affairs
Katie Arrington is a junior from Dallas, Texas currently studying Marketing with a Minor in Political Science. Spending her freshman year on First Year Council and her sophomore year as a Senator for the Business school, she is excited to continue her role in SGA. This year she is serving as Director of Environmental Affairs and is excited to continue to spark change on campus. She hopes you will join her in continuing to make a greener choice for this University!
Director of IT and Webmaster
Emily Davignon, a junior from Atlanta, Georgia, serves as the Webmaster and resident IT expert for the Student Government Association. With a major in Management Information Systems and a minor in Services Marketing, her knowledge on web development and other softwares is an asset to SGA. Emily is extremely involved in her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi and also spends her time volunteering for Culverhouse LIFT.
Justin is a junior from Long Island, New York majoring in Political Science with minors in French, History, and General Businesses. Just has previously served in SGA as an Associate Justice in the Judicial Branch as a sophomore before being elected by his fellow justices to Chief Justice for his Junior year. Justin is very active on campus and is a member of Blue Key, Mortar Board, and the Anderson Society senior honoraries and is the Philanthropy Chair of his fraternity, Phi Sigma Kappa.
Jackson Fuentes is a junior majoring in Public Relations and Political Science. He is from Peachtree City, Georgia and is serving as Press Secretary. In addition to serving the student body, Jackson serves his fraternity, Beta Upsilon Chi, as their Secretary.
Clayton Lawing is currently a Senior studying Hospitality Management with a minor in Theatre. He is from Montgomery, Alabama, although originally from Udon Thani, Thailand, and is serving as the Chief Justice of the UA Student Judicial Board. Clayton has served on the Judicial Board for his entire collegiate career and has been involved as a Judicial Liaison to branches of SGA such as Senate and FYC. Clayton is heavily involved on campus through Alabama Model United Nations, the Blackburn Institute, Alpha Psi Omega Theatre Honor Society, and Housing and Residential Communities as a Resident Assistant. Clayton looks forward to creating a fair and equitable campus for all students through the conduct cases, football point appeals, parking ticket appeals, alongside internal SGA decisions.
Speaker of Senate
Kathryn is a junior from Marietta, Georgia, majoring in Social Work with a double minor in Business and Communication Studies. She also serves as Vice President of Education for Greek Ambassadors, is a member of The Elliot Society, and a member of Lambda Sigma Honor Society. Last year, Kathryn served as a Senator for the School of Social Work, and she is honored to serve as Speaker of the Senate this year. She is excited to work with the Senators, along with the Executive Cabinet to create initiatives that benefits the Alabama student body.
Chief Legislative Officer
Price is currently a Sophomore studying General Business. He is from Mobile, Alabama and is serving as the Chief Legislative Officer of the Executive Cabinet. He enjoys playing guitar and cheering on the Tide. He is hoping to use his experience as a First Year Councilor to carry out his responsibilities and help any student that is in need.
Hani Razavi is a Senior from Daleville, Alabama majoring in Political Science and minoring in Civic Engagement and Leadership. His freshman year he served as an Engagement Ambassador as well as First Year Council as the Parliamentarian. Sophomore year he served as Deputy Director of Communications for the student government. Currently, he serves as SGA’s Senate parliamentarian and is also The Blackburn Institute’s Student Vice Chairman. In his spare time, Hani likes to go on hikes and reading cookbooks.

Joe Ballard is a senior pursuing a Masters Degree in Economic Policy through the Accelerated Masters Program. Originally from Fremont, California, Joe hopes to work in Washington, D.C. following graduation. He looks forward to interacting with constituents throughout his term and is excited to enact positive change at The University of Alabama.

Madeline is a senior from Birmingham, Alabama, majoring in Public Relations and double minoring in English and Political Science. Madeline serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff and she looks forward to serving the students of Alabama in any way possible. Madeline is the middle child in a family of 5 girls! She loves all things UA, especially attending football games and cheering on the tide with her friends.
